Definition
Specifies a user that corresponds to a possible role in E-Recruiting. Each role in E-Recruiting requires a reference user. The system uses this to start the application that corresponds to the role of the reference user before the actual user can log on to the system.

The reference user candidate (internal) opens the application that contains pages for internal employees. The employee can log on here and access his or her personel pages.
