Use

The indicator specifies whether long-term characteristics are to be taken into consideration when choosing inspection lots.

If the indicator is set, only lots for which all required characteristics have been closed are taken into consideration, i.e. both short-term and long-term characteristics are taken into consideration.

If the indicator is not set, open long-term characteristics are not taken into consideration, i.e. only short-term characteristics and closed long-term characteristics are taken into consideration in this case.

Note

It should be noted that rejected long-term characteristics, like rejected normal characteristics, always result in lots being excluded from the selection procedure.
