Definition

Causes the digital signature to be printed when the inspection results are printed. You can use the authorization group for materials in Quality Management to specify whether you want to work with the old or new digital signature technology.

Depending on which technology you choose, printing takes place as follows:

Old Technology

• The signatures that were created for the characteristics are printed for the operation using the text element OPERATION_SIGNATURE.
• The digital signature for the usage decision is printed using the text element UD_SIGNATURE.

New Technology

• The signatures that were created for the characteristics are printed for the characteristic using the text element CHARACTERISTIC_SIGNATURE.
• The digital signature for the usage decision is printed using the text element UD_SIGNATURE.

Procedure

To print the digital signature data, you must adjust the result printout form (original QM_INSP_RESULT) in order to print the data for the respective text element.
