Definition

  1. Not marked -
    list all data of selected persons in screen.
  2. Marked -
    the data of selected person is listed on screen. If you press
    'Printer' icon, the listed data is printed on a layout form, one
    person on one page. The medium report file (file name: medium code +
    year) will be created under the path that you specified on the
    selection screen.
  3. Besides the above, sequence number generated according to this field
    is marked. Following is the prerequisite table content:
    1. Table T7TW1G has to be pre-customized for each tax form's start
      and end sequence number. The start sequence number is for
      program to get a initial sequence number and the end sequence
      number is for program to check whether current generated
      sequence number has exceeded.
    2. Table T7TW1F is updated if this field is marked. The start
      tax form number is read from Table T7TW1G and next sequence
      number is read from this table's maximum number and increment
      of 1. Basically, once, this table is updated, even if one
      employee's tax form is re-printed, the sequence number will
      remain the same according to sequence number generated.
