Definition
In this absence quota, you can record capping differences caused when the maximum permitted accrual entitlement is exceeded.
Example
Your employees receive a maximum of 10 days' accrual entitlement for each accrual period. If you want to generate the quota on the basis of the actual times worked, this value may be exceeded. If you do not want to lose the surplus entitlement, you can store it in an alternative quota which can be used for monetary compensation, for example.
