Documentation
Definition
States whether an absence should be treated as inactive days when absence quotas are generated in time evaluation.
Only absences lasting one or more days can be treated as inactive. werden.
Use
If you do not select the field, the system treats absence durations in the same way as attendance durations when it generates quotas.
You decide to what extent you want inactive days to lead to a reduction in the accrual entitlement in the Reduction rules for generating absence quotas.
Examples
An employee takes unpaid leave. If the duration of the absence is greater than 25% of the duration of the accrual period, the absence quota that is generated is reduced according to the defined reduction rules.
