Use
If you select this field, alternative name fields (title, first name, last name, and so on) appear when you enter customer or vendor data master data in the component Public Sector Management. The standard name fields (name1-name4) are hidden in this case and are filled from the alternative name fields when you save.
If you do not select this field, the standard name fields are offered in master data maintenance. In this case, the alternative name fields are not filled.
Note:
You should only select this field if you have not entered any master data in the system. Otherwise the alternative name fields are not filled and must be added manually without the filled standard name fields being visible.

The name enhancement is necessary if you want to derive the accounting clerk responsible from the customer's last name. The first and last names are stored separately in this case only. You define the derivation of the accounting clerk in the implementation guide of Funds Management Government in section Deriving Accounting Clerk from Customer Master Record.
