Definition
Indicates whether ADMIN ACL records for an object should be kept when the "Delete ACL" program is run.
Use
If this flag is checked before running the delete program, all ACL records are deleted from the object except the Admin ACL records, and the user can add more ACL records to the object later.
If this flag is not checked before running the delete program, all ACL records are deleted from the object, and the user cannot add more ACLs later to the object.
