Definition

Controls whether the document type that is stored in the allocation table Customizing (item category) has priority when a warehouse order is being generated over any settings in the Customizing for a stock transport order.

Use

  • Indicator set

    The setting in the allocation table Customizing has priority over the Customizing for the stock transport order.

    In this way, a warehouse order for an allocation table item from this item category is created with the document type that is assigned in Customizing for this item category.

  • Indicator not set

    Any assignment in stock transport order Customizing has priority.

    In this way, a warehouse order is generated from the allocation table with the document type from the Customizing for the stock transport order. This is the case if there is a suitable entry in the Customizing for the stock transport order for the combination between the issuing distribution center and the receiving plant. If an entry has not been made, then the warehouse order is created with the document type maintained in the item categories of the allocation table item.
