Definition
The bonus type is used to distinguish commission from gifts.
Use
If commission is allowed, you can specify a commission recipient in the order. Allowed commission recipients must be assigned to the campaign framework.
If gifts are allowed, you can specify a gift in the order. Allowed gifts must be recorded in the campaign framework.
