Use
You can use this Process BTE to transfer the processors of a release-relevant operation and the date for the required end of processing for the operation to the workflow.
To do this you must first determine the processors who, in accordance with the settings for the underlying role, are possible processors. To this end you call function module BCA_API_REL_GET_ACTORS with import parameters release object, release procedure and the application data that is transferred in the I_STRUCTURE structure. This function module supplies the possible processors for a release step in accordance with the role stored in Customizing. Note that processors who have released an operation in one stpe are automatically excluded from releasing any other steps.
If you wish to transfer a date for the required end in the BTE, in the workflow template on the 'Required End' tab page you also need to change the reference time from 'No Date Monitoring' to 'Print' for the corresponding activities ('Create Release Dialog Work Item', 'Add Attachment After Rejection', 'Trigger Return Transaction'). The entry for the deadline must be checked for plausibility withing the BTE' (no entry of a deadline that is before the date of entry, for example).
