Definition

If not flagged, it indicates that the adjustment (payment) of the first year's vacation allowance, which deduction only starts on the following year, will be paid on the hiring year, according to existing parameters; otherwise, it will only be paid on the second year, after the deduction starts, with a maximum limit which complies with the law in force (it is possible to set parameters for this value, in case the legal limit changes).

The exception is the payment method F "Periodically, every month". In this case, the vacation allowance, which deduction starts on the following year, will always be paid on the first year. Therefore, this flag in this payment method is redundant.

(The first year regards the first entry in the company or a reentry).

Example

The employee is hired on the second semester on 01/08/2004, is entitled to 10 leave days (2*5) and, by law, the employee will only be entitled to take leave after a period of 6 months of work (see T5PV1, V_T5PV1-NRMON), i.e., on 01/02/2005. The basis for leave calculation is 1200 EUR.

If the flag is not set, the employee will receive:

  • until December 545,45 EUR (1200 EUR /22 * 10)
  • in the following year 1.200 EUR (1200 EUR /22 * 22), i.e. a total of 1.745,45 EUR in 2004/2005.

If the flag is set, the employee will receive the leave from the first and the second years, up to a maximum limit established by law (eg. 30 days):

  • in the following year 1636,37 EUR (1200 EUR /22 * 30)
