Definition
This indicator can be set in Customizing for pricing and payment events when assigning events to a pricing and payment events group.
Use
When an event has been marked by way of this indicator, it will be defaulted into the document which serves as the root document for pricing and payment events (upon document creation).
A root document derives its status when the application provides it with a means to assign a pricing and payment events group.
Dependencies
Example
In SAP Global Trade Management, the trading contract serves as a root document for pricing and payment events. A pricing and payment events group can be assigned to a trading contract type. Upon creation of a trading contract, events flagged as default events in Customizing will be added to the pricing and payment events in the trading contract items.
