Definition

Select this radio button if you want the system to directly download the holiday pay details from the Payroll Result: Holiday Payment Information - NZ (NZHPI) table. Note that if you choose this option, the system directly downloads the values from the table into a file specified, instead of recalculating working hours, actual working hours, actual working days.

This option includes terminated employees, unless otherwise specified in the employee selection, unlike the Download option, which excludes the terminated employees.

Tips and Tricks

You can use this option where NZHPI table already exists and may need to be modified, or when you need to download NZHPI table so that it can be transferred to another SAP system.
