Use
By using this funtion you specify a different payment for an employee according to the requirements of another position. This is achieved by assigning a position to the employee that is to be referenced when paying the employee.
Procedure
Assign the employee to a position which has the payment you intend to specify for the employee. The system only suggests the number of positions that are assigned to the relevant organizational unit of the employee.
Example
Your enterprise consists of the organizational units A, B and C. An employee of the organization unit A should receive different payment. You can choose from all of the positions in organizational unit A. When the employee works for organizational B, you can then choose from all of the positions of organizational unit B.
Dependencies
With a different payment, the
- System creates a substitution record in Time Management
- Target working time of the employees is not exceeded
In case you enter a time of day which differs from the shift or use a shift with an individually defined time of day, you cannot specify a position or the position already selected is automatically deleted.
