Use
The selection of the checkbox changes how the system calculates the employer's share of premiums for social insurances:

The Process Social Insurance Premium (KRSIP) payroll function reads the basic rate from the Korea Social Insurance Contribution (T7KRIC) table. - Unselected
The Process Social Insurance Premium (KRSIP) payroll function reads the basic rate from the Korea Premium Rate for NP, EI and WCI (T7KRSR) table.
