Definition
When the payee is married and not legally separated, and the annual income of the spouse is not greater than the amount established in article 76.1 of the Tax Regulations, this field contains the spouse's fiscal identity number (NIF). In any all other cases, this field is filled by blank spaces.
This data is only used in the case of payments corresponding to the following payment keys:
- A (Direct employees in general)
- B (Pensioners and passive credit payees)
- C (Benefits or unemployment benefits) and
- D (Unemployment benefits paid as a single payment).
