The selection criterion 'Personnel number'

Use

When using the test mode, performance may well be improved if you only convert a few personnel numbers, or in some cases, just one number. The selection option PERNR enables you to choose exactly the numbers you require. When the system is in production, of course, all personnel numbers must be converted. Selecting only a few numbers is therefore not recommended.

Supplementary Documentation - PERNR_D 0004

Use

Personnel number '********' specifies model wage types for different modifiers (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain) and specific payroll dates. These are needed when the payroll is run for the first time in the deferred period.

Supplementary Documentation - PERNR_D 0005

The personnel number is used here for limiting an interval of personnel numbers in the database. Via the various functions of the selection statement, you can explicitly enter the personnel numbers which are to be processed by the reorganization program here.
