Set this field if you want to set default values for the Municipality field.
The Municipality field is entered in infotype 0012 (Fiscal Germany) with the official municipality key of the municipality entered as the permanent residence in infotype 0006 (key date: September 30).
This default value overwrites any other entered municipality keys.
