Definition
If a static pension from a pension insurance institution has to be imputed for a pension equalization payment, the pension amount specified has to be converted into a dynamic pension value first.
This conversion is carried out according to rules specified by the pension insurance institution, but may also be regulated differently by the family court in some cases.
A general delivery of all the potential conversion rules is not possible due to the multitude of the variants that exist.
For this reason, a special BAdI (HRPBSDE_DYN_RENTE) is defined, in which the static pension amounts can be converted in accordance with the payroll number (PN).
The BAdI carries out the following actions:
- Calculates the dynamic pension amount
- Retrieves the information required to create the notification
Use
Using the checkbox, you can specify whether the amount to be imputed is static or dynamic.
