Definition
If cost centers and profit centers are assigned to one another in a 1:1 relationship, you can transfer the master data in Cost Center Accounting directly to Profit Center Accounting. It is then no longer necessary to maintain the master data in Profit Center Accounting.
You need to activate this master data maintenance in Customizing for Profit Center Accounting.
