Definition
Displays which grouping context is available to a grouping reason for personnel assignments or which grouping context a grouping rule evaluates for personnel assignments.
Use
In a grouping context, a program provides additional data on a certain grouping reason that can be evaluated by a grouping rule. In this way, the grouping context offers additional ways of differentiating when personnel assignments are grouped, for example for simulations.
Dependencies
Example
For the grouping reason Benefit Adjustment Permission, the system processes all personnel assignments that belong to the same benefit area together. The system cannot distinguish within the benefit area which personnel assignment contributes to which benefit plan. A grouping context is required to make this differentiation.
