Documentation
Select this option if you only wish to view the form summary totals in the tree list report generated by the Year End Reporting utility. In response, the system will display no totals for individual employees.
Example
Your enterprise employs one hundred employees in Quebec, for half of whom RL-2 forms must be filed. If this option is not active, and if you execute Year End Reporting for the RL-2 alone, then the system will first display RL-2 results for each of the fifty employees in the tree list report, then display summary data tabulating, box by box, the total amounts reported for those fifty employees on the RL-2 forms.
If, however, you select this option, then execute Year End Reporting for the RL-2 alone, then the system will only display summary data in the Year End Reporting tree list report. No individual results will be displayed for the fifty employees for whom your enterprise is filing the RL-2.
