Show earnings per wage type
Select this option to preview a breakdown of employee earnings by wage type. If you do so, then the amounts associated with each wage type for each employee will be displayed for each tax form field.
Caution
Do not use this option for large employee selections.
Given data processing considerations, SAP strongly recommends that you exercise this function for small employee ranges only.
Check data consistency
Select this option to verify the consistency of the test results for
each form to be generated. Using this parameter, you can perform a
variety of simple tests, such as verification of SIN numbers or
verification that reported amounts do not exceed maximums.
Note
The system does not act upon the results of the data consistency check. This process merely automates simple arithmetic tests and reports the results to the user. Any inconsistencies must be rectified by the user.
