Definition
Specifies the capacity utilization level of the employee before he or she starts semiretirement.
The system proposes the value stored in the Employment Percentage field in the Planned Working Time (0007) infotype.
Use
The employee's capacity utilization level before starting semiretirement is relevant for the reimbursement application for a semiretirement subsidy or allowance. If, for example, the employee's capacity utilization level was less than 80% before starting semiretirement, there is no entitlement to a semiretirement subsidy or allowance.
Dependencies
The minimum input value for this field is stored in the constant ATEMM.
