Definition
Data is selected according to parameter effectivity. You enter the parameters in a dialog box.
The system uses the parameters you enter to find change numbers, then uses the change numbers to select data.
The "valid-from" date is also read, to select data according to time effectivity if the data has not yet been found according to the change numbers with parameter effectivity.
