Definition
This field serves the following two purposes:
- If a company car was selected in the field Car Model, this information will be displayed in this field.
- If no company car was selected in the field Car Model, this field will be blank. In this case, you must enter the model description.
Note: The information in this field is stored in the view cluster Car Manufacturer (VC_T5GC1). Once data is stored on the view cluster and it will be available as a section option for all subsequent company car records (for all your employees).
For petrol engines, you do not need to make any special notation. However, for all other fuel types (such as diesel), you should also include this in your description.
