Definition
If this field is selected, the respective MINDEF wage type will only be created if the allowance was paid in all relevant months preceeding the employee's Reserve Service. If this is not the case, the MINDEF wage type is not formed and the amount to be reclaimed from MINDEF thus is 0.
Example
An employee enters National Reserve Service in August. In the preceeding six months he was paid a variable allowance as follows:
Jan Feb Mar Apr Jun Jul
50 100 0 70 30 50
The MINDEF wage type to be created for make up pay claims for this allowance is /33Z.
If field Co has been selected for the allowance wage type in regard, wage type /33Z is not created because the employee did not receive an allowance payment in March. Thus the amount which can be reclaimed from MINDEF is 0.
If field Co has not been selected for the allowance wage type in regard, wage type /33Z is created. The amount which can be reclaimed from MINDEF is 50 (300 / 6).
