Definition
Specifies that the report displays vacation allowance in addition to quota information.
Use
If you select this check box, the system displays the following information for each relevant employee and leave type:
- The amount of holiday allowance accrued in the year of the reference date, over the payroll periods preceding the reference date
- The amount of vacation allowance carried over from the preceding year and not yet paid out. For example, if your company pays out vacation allowance in June, the system displays a zero amount when you run this report on July 31.
If you do not select this checkbox, the system displays vacation quota information for the year of the reference date.
