Definition
When messages for employees/employers register are generated the generation date is stored with the message. Usually one generates messages and then prints out the messages just generated. This allows the user just to print out the newly generated messages that have to be sent to emplyees/employers register.
When this indicator is set, the messages printed out are selected by creation date. It is possible to enter a date into "using date" to print out messages back in time.
If this indicator is not set, then all messages associated to events (such as entering or leaving the company, organizationa changes) during the evaluation period are printed out. This means for example that if an employee enters the company within the selection period the corresponding message to the employess/emplyoers register is printed out independent of the date when it was created in the system. It is possible to use this to get an overview of all generated messages.
