Definition
Defines whether a part year payment summary is issued for the employee.
Use
In addition to payment summaries created at the end of the financial year, you can issue part year payment summaries to employees who request a part year payment summary during the financial year. If you flag this field, the system creates a part year payment summary for the employee(s).
This is issued when requested by the employee and not necessarily at the end of the financial year. It contains details of the employees tax and taxable earnings, up to that period when the payment summary is issued.
