Definition
This is the number of jumps (or the number of times that the pay scale is increased) with the same amount and the same periodicity.
Example
Payscale Group : B2
minimum salary = 550.000
4 successives rules of increasing :
1st rule : 3 increasings of 10.000 each year (N.jumps = 3)
2d rule : 2 increasings of 15.000 each 3 years (N.jumps = 2)
3rd rule : 2 increasings of 10.000 each 2 years (N.jumps = 2)
4th rule : 5 increasings of 5.000 each year (N.jumps = 5)
Results :
These rules define the following pay scale (report RPUT510BPBS):
seniority 00 .... 550.000 (minimum salary)
01 .... 560.000 (1st increasing of 10.000 : rule 1)
02 .... 570.000 (2d increasing of 10.000 : rule 1)
03 .... 580.000 (3rd increasing of 10.000 : rule 1)
04 .... 580.000
05 .... 580.000
06 .... 595.000 (1st increasing of 15.000 : rule 2)
07 .... 595.000
08 .... 595.000
09 .... 610.000 (2d increasing of 15.000 : rule 2)
10 .... 610.000
11 .... 620.000 (1st increasing of 10.000 : rule 3)
12 .... 620.000
13 .... 630.000 (2d increasing of 10.000 : rule 3)
14 .... 635.000 (1st increasing of 5.000 : rule 4)
15 .... 640.000 (2d increasing of 5.000 : rule 4)
16 .... 645.000 (3rd increasing of 5.000 : rule 4)
17 .... 650.000 (4th increasing of 5.000 : rule 4)
18 .... 655.000 (5th increasing of 5.000 : rule 4)
> 18 .... 655.000 (maximum salary)
