Definition
This field is obsolete and is no longer used for social insurance delarations.
Use
Set this indicator if the personnel numbers in your company do not exceed 7 positions.
Declarations are stored in the SI cluster (CX/WX) with a 7-position personnel number. For some declarations, however, the upgrade program fills in 8-position personnel numbers in the status tables as 7-position numbers. As a result, you cannot create corrective declarations based on the status tables. For this reason, the status tables should not be filled in if there are any 8-position personnel numbers.
If you have declarations with 8-position personnel numbers and you do not set this indicator, only the directory table will be filled in during the upgrade, but not the status tables. This means you will not be able to create any corrective declarations, even for quarters for which original declarations exist. If you need to create one, you must use report Generate SI declaration (RPDSIBB0).
Note that this is only relevant to declarations that have to be upgraded from the past. There are no restrictions for declarations you have created with the new program.
