Definition
Indicates that when personal calendars are generated, probationary periods are not extended with absences.
Use
You select this checkbox if you do not want probationary periods to be extended by absences. A probationary period for a worker may include other absences, for example, due to illness, work accident, or holidays.
Note that prolongation of probationary periods can be applied to both blue and white collar workers.
