Definition
Indicates whether personal calendars are generated for all personnel records, including records for persons that are not active with the company.
Use
If this checkbox is selected, then personnel records with a 0 value in the Employment Status field of the Actions (0000) infotype are included in personal calendar generation; these records are processed in addition to all other personnel records with status values other than 0 (for example, active employees with value 1).
As a result of this selection, personal calendars are also created for persons where there is no current occupational relationship, as follows:
- For employees who have been dismissed or who have left the company
- For interim workers, that is, workers who complete work for the company but who are not employed by the company. Interim workers are sometimes included in absence processing so that their contributions and costs can be quantified
If this checkbox is not selected, then personnel records with values other than 0 in the Employment Status field of the Actions (0000) infotype are included in personal calendar generation. For example, this includes employees subject to a system of unemployment (SUC/ SUIC).
