Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0) is populated with historical Dimona declaration data. The central table is used to detect duplicate and overlapping records, according to the requirements of the Dimona declaration process (valid 2010).
This step is mandatory if you have activated duplicate prevention. If you are not using the central table to assist with duplicate prevention, then this step is not required.
Use
You select this radio button to migrate historical data from existing Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records to the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0), as follows:
- Data migration
- The system migrates the required data to the central table, according to the rules and logic for occupation periods, as prescribed by the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS). In particular, the system creates a Declaration Number (STMOD) for existing declarations, and saves the Declaration Number in the Status Handler so that existing declarations can be uniquely identified.
- Duplicate prevention
- During the migration, the system identifies and removes duplicate or overlapping declaration records (where possible). Depending on your system settings, you may also need to complete specific checks to ensure that duplicate and overlapping records are removed.
Note that data migration to the central table is optional. Your existing data and reporting requirements will determine whether it is necessary to populate the central table with Dimona declaration infotype records.
Dependencies
Before you can migrate Dimona declaration data, you must first convert the data using the Convert historical infotype 0735 data radio button. The conversion involves updating a range of fields within the Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype and ensures that the fields can be correctly referenced by the declaration process (valid 2010).
