Definition
Indicates whether historic Dimona declarations are updated with a unique form reference identifier (ID). A form reference ID is a universally unique identifier that is used by the system to reference an employee's declaration.
This step is mandatory if you have existing (historic) Dimona declaration records.
Use
You select this radio button to update historic Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records.
The result of the update depends on whether the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0) is activated, as follows:
- If the central table has been activated, then the Declaration number (STMOD) is copied from the central table to the Form Reference field of all Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records with the same occupation period
- If the central table has not been activated, then a new Declaration number (STMOD) is generated and saved in the Status Handler. The system also uses this new number to update the corresponding Form Reference fields of Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records
Dependencies
The form reference ID is used to link data between the Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype and the Status Handler.
