Definition

The total monies paid during this reporting year records the total monies paid to this member of staff during the reporting year 1 August to 31 July in whole pounds sterling.

A member of staff who leaves half-way through the returing year should have the total monies earned up until the date of leaving.

Hourly paid staff should have the gross actual payments during the reporting year in this field.

This field shows all monies, not just basic salary, paid in respect of institutional duties for all contracts held and should include all payments (for example, supervision fees, honoraria, discretionary award, first aid allowance, one-off payments).
