Definition
This field holds the financial year in which the changes took place (YYYY). This field is filled with the first four characters of the period of the current IN period (YYYYPP).
Use
The field is used to differentiate changes from one financial year to the next. So if the same maternity absence is subject to two back-dated pay awards in separate later tax years then the first set of positive differences will be referenced with the first year and the second set with the second year.
