Definition

With this option you can consider the inactive periods as activity periods.

Use

If you activate this option, an activity period following a suspension period will not necessarily be considered as having given rise to a rehire.

If this option is not activated, an activity period following a suspension will always be considered as having given rise to a rehire.

Dependencies

Example

For an employee who was hired on the 8th October 2012, had his contract suspended on the 2nd November 2012 and returned from his inactive period on the 10th December 2012, the occurrences of infotype 0000 are as follows:

- 08.10.2012 to 01.11.2012: hire, employment status (field STAT2) equal to 3

- 02.11.2012 to 09.12.2012: inactive period, employment status (field STAT2) equal to 1

- 10.12.2012 to 31.12.9999: return from inactive period, employment status (field STAT2) equal to 3

If the option is not activated, the date of the 10th december 2012 will still be considered as the date of a rehire: the employee will be selected during the run of the RPLDUEF0 program with a selection period between the 1st December and 31st December 2012, and will be taken into consideration in the declaration.

If the option is activated, the date of the 8th December 2012 will remain as the employee's date of hire (outside additional customizing of the return from suspension measure in the T5F30) and the employee will therefore not appear in the declaration following the running of program RPLDUEF0 with a selection period between the 1st December and the 31st December 2012.
