Documentation
Definition
In the event of continued pay by the employer, days of unpaid sick leave may be subrogated or not.
Use
By default, the systems considers them to not be subrogated. If you want them to be subrogated, tick this checkbox.
Dependencies
If you tick this checkbox the payroll results may be different, since the portion of the IJSS amount corresponding to the days of unpaid sick leave - a portion which previously appeared in the non-subrogated IJSS payroll wage types - is transferred to the subrogated IJSS payroll wage types.
The period for which subrogation is requested in the wage statements for calculating IJSS is also changed, since the days of unpaid sick leave are included therein.
