Definition
Creation of registration for a person at the HCIB. This is done with report HICB: Create Registrations/Deregistrations (RPCVZAN0). If a person has already been registered, no registration will be created. In this case, time of creation will be displayed in the field Change / creation date and Change / Creation hour.
