Definition
Registers all employee choices that match the selection criteria; choices that do not require approval are directly registered and choices that require approval are listed for review.
Choices that require approval must be reviewed and approved by the responsible party (for example, by an administrator or an employee's manager). Only approved choices can be registered.
Use
You select this radio button to register all employee choices for the criteria selected. When the report is executed, choices are registered as follows:
- Choices that do not require approval are directly (immediately) registered
- Choices that require approval are subsequently listed for further investigation. Each choice is listed with employee, approval, and plan details.
Employee choices that are selected for registration have corresponding Flexible Benefits (NL) (0897) infotype records with a status of chosen. Registration changes the status of the corresponding infotype records to registered.
If you do not select this radio button, the report registers choices that do not require approval. Choices that require approval are not registered and their status remains unchanged.
Dependencies
If you select this option, you cannot generate the Flexible Benefits NL: Collective Registration (RPUFBRN0) report in batch mode.
