Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the Illness Reporting: Details (3250) infotype record has been cancelled. Cancellation also cancels any associated illness messages. A cancelled infotype record cannot be recreated or reactivated; cancellation is permanent.
Use
The system automatically selects this checkbox when the Absences (2001) infotype record (which corresponds to the illness record) has been deleted.
Cancelling an infotype record does not remove or delete the record. Instead, a cancellation is reported to the social insurance authorities or Arbodienst regarding the corresponding illness infotype record. The level at which the cancellation occurs depends on the social insurance authorities and Arbodienst; a cancellation message may be created for the infotype record, or multiple cancellation mesages may be created for each message that has been reported.
Note that a cancellation is not reported if the status of the corresponding illness infotype record is New; in these cases an illness has not been reported to the social insurance authorities or Arbodienst, therefore it is not necessary to report a change.
Dependencies
To delete an illness record, you must first delete the corresponding Absences (2001) infotype record.
