Definition
Indicates that the employee is excluded from the small jobs regulation.
Use
You select this checkbox if the employee is excluded from the small jobs regulation. This means that the employer and the employee pay social insurance (SI) and health insurance (ZVW) contributions, even if the employee fulfills the conditions for the small jobs regulation.
If you do not select this checkbox, and the employee fulfils the criteria for the small jobs regulation, then the employer and employee do not pay SI and ZVW contributions.
