Definition
Choose one of the following ways to generate forms:
- Forms for display only
The report displays all original statements, duplicates, and cancelled forms that the system has stored for the specified employees.
The report ignores your settings under Type of statement and Type of print and only offers you an individual screen choice. You can page back and forth between the forms. You cannot print the forms.
Note: If you choose this field, the system displays a large number of forms. Performance is improved if you display forms for a limited number of employees.
- Form for productive use
The report creates the statements you have chosen under Type of statement. When you print the forms, the system stores them in table T5A9A (Generated Employment Statements (A)).
- Test forms
The report ignores the statements you have chosen under Type of statement and generates test forms. You can either display these on the screen or print them out. They are identified as test forms ("Test print out of employment statement"). The system does not store them.
