Select this field if record type "Deregistration" (record type 40) is to be reported for the combination of event relevant for notification and notification type.
Record type 40 must always be selected for event relevant for notification "Deregistration from Compulsory Insurance" (40), even if there is an "O" for an optional notification in the DATUEV-ZVE. In the reversal/new procedure, the record type is only reported for this event if its contents have changed in comparison with the original notification.
