Documentation
Definition
The seniority scale is based on employment years that are weighted for the valuation using an employment period percentage rate. In this field, you can enter an upper limit for the weighted employment years.
Example
Maximum weighted employment years: 30
Employment years attained: 25 at 100% make 25 weighted years
20 at 50% make 10 weighted years
The total is 35 weighted years, however since the upper limit is 30, only 30 years count. In this example, only 10 years from the last 20 years are valuated.
Notes
Employment years (without part-time weighting) are delimited using the accompanying employment scale.
