Definition
The relevant date is determined from the trigger date (usually leaving or pension date). If the end date of the last valuated entitlement record is before this trigger date, the trigger date can be replaced by the valuation end date for the entitlement using this indicator.
Example
Period end: Last day of month before trigger date
Period duration: 12 months
Trigger date: Leave date 17.02.1998
Entitlement: Start 01.01.1960, ended since 01.01.1997
(the last valuation-relevant day is 31.12.1996)
In this case, the indicator sets the trigger date to 01.01.1997 (day after 31.12.1996) and the twelve months starting at the last day of the month before this date are used (01.01.1996 to 31.12.1996).
