Definition
The system sets this indicator for a deregistration where an employee was incorrectly registered with the clearing house. In this way, you can determine whether the duration of an employment relationship was one day.

Dependencies
Example
An employee is registered on January 1 with the clearing house. The employee does not enter the employment relationship and is then deregistered retroactively on January 1. The Withdraw Registratn indicator makes it clear that the employment relationship did not exist.
